12 to 24 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 12 hours before the tour or No-Show: No refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Customers are requested to make cancellations within the applicable time period to be eligible for a refund.
